We explore together how practising yoga with a feminine focus might be more comfortable and ultimately more helpful for our bodies than more conventional forms of Yoga. We also explore how honouring the various cycles of of life can teach and empower women.
This is not a specialist class for pregnancy, birth or post natal. However, pregnant women (over 3 months) , post partum (at least 6 weeks from birth), lactating, perimenopausal and post menopausal women are all most welcome.
If you do not feel up to practising on a class day, come along anyway and just be in the space. That’s also Yoga.
